Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is regulated pursuant to law (art. 49 and s. Of the Consumer Code) if the customer / consumer will have to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must send a written communication to microelectronics within 14 working days from the delivery date of the goods. This communication must be sent by certified e-mail or postal shipment by registered letter to the company.
The right of withdrawal is however subjected to the following conditions:
The property purchased must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and possible documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend inserting it in a second box. The affixing of adhesive labels or tapes directly on the original product packaging must be avoided.
The shipment is entirely charged to the customer, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, and under the complete responsibility of the customer itself.
Microelectronics does not respond in any way for damage, theft or loss of goods returned with unauthorized shipping.
The right of withdrawal is excluded (Art. Requests at the time of purchase; Therefore no longer attributable to the original status.
When the right of withdrawal is lapse
The right of withdrawal totally decides, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where the company increased that:
- also partial use of the asset and any consumables
- The lack of the external packaging and / or original internal packaging
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts)
- Product corruption for causes other than its transport
In the cases indicated above microelectronics it will return to the client the property purchased by charging the shipping costs itself.
It is also necessary to note that the right of withdrawal is not applicable, as established by law, where there is a customized customization of the goods.
Procedure DOA (Dead on arrival)
The replacements in the case of DOA (Dead on arrival: product not working on delivery) always take place via microelectronics. In the event that, for any reason, microelectronics were unable to make the customer a warranty product (restored or replaced), may proceed with the return of the amount paid, due to the non-functioning article, or to replace A product of equal characteristics or superiors.
The replacement or repair times of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies.
No damage can be requested to microelectronics for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements placed in the assistance centers chosen by the customer.
The sales contract between the customer and microelectronics is intended to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal controversies deriving from the conclusion of this remote sales contract, if the customer is a consumer, territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of its municipality of residence; In all other cases, territorial competence is exclusively that of the Court of Lecce.
